How to Prepare Baked Breaded Sea Bream Fillets

  • Let’s start preparing the Baked Breaded Sea Bream Fillets. Cut the fillets from the sea bream, pour the eggs into a plate and beat them with a fork, pour some flour onto a plate, and breadcrumbs onto another plate.

  • Coat the sea bream fillets first in flour, then in the beaten egg, and finally in breadcrumbs. Then place the breaded fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  • Spray some oil on the fillets and bake them in a preheated ventilated oven at 356°F (180°C) for 20 minutes, turning them halfway through and spraying with extra virgin olive oil.

  • When the sea bream fillets are golden brown, remove them from the oven and serve hot, accompanied with lemon.
