Baked gratin squid with cherry tomatoes is a delicious main course that’s very easy to make and full of flavor. To make the squid’s gratin, I used panko, which gives a crunchy and dry breading; panko is a very coarsely grated white bread, but you can substitute it with classic breadcrumbs.
