How to prepare Baked Mortadella

  • Let’s start preparing Baked Mortadella. If you are using a small mortadella, cut half-inch thick slices. If you’ve had a large slice cut from the deli counter at the supermarket, cut it into wedges after cooking.

  • Preheat the static oven to 350°F, place the mortadella slices in a baking dish suitable for oven cooking, and add the rosemary.

  • When the oven is hot, place the dish in the oven and cook for 15 minutes, flipping the slices halfway through.

  • When the mortadella is ready, remove it from the oven and serve hot
