- 1.1 lbs potatoes
- 1.1 lbs mushrooms
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 2 cloves garlic

How to make Baked Potatoes and Mushrooms
Let’s start preparing the baked potatoes and mushrooms, clean the mushrooms, remove the end part with the soil, and then slice or chop them. Peel the potatoes, wash them, and cut them into pieces.
Place the potatoes in a pot and cover them with water, put it on the stove and cook for 10 minutes from when the water starts boiling, then drain them.
Pour the previously parboiled potatoes into a baking dish, add the chopped garlic, rosemary sprig, some salt, pepper, and extra virgin olive oil. Place in a static oven preheated to 375°F for 10 minutes.
Remove the dish from the oven, add the chopped mushrooms to the potatoes, and mix everything. Cook in a static oven at 356°F for 30 minutes.
