Ingredients

  • 1.1 lbs champignon mushrooms
  • 1 clove garlic
  • to taste parsley
  • 2 tbsps breadcrumbs
  • to taste salt
  • to taste extra virgin olive oil

How to Make Baked Pumpkin and Mushrooms

  • Let’s start preparing the baked pumpkin and mushrooms. Clean the pumpkin, cut it into pieces, remove the internal seeds and the skin with a peeler or a knife, then cut it into small pieces. Also, clean the mushrooms, remove the final part of the stem and wash them quickly under running water, then cut them into pieces.

  • Pour a drizzle of oil into the baking dish and add the pumpkin and mushrooms. Chop the parsley and garlic, put the chopped parsley and garlic into a bowl, add a pinch of salt, breadcrumbs and mix well.
