- 1.1 lbs champignon mushrooms
- 1 clove garlic
- to taste parsley
- 2 tbsps breadcrumbs
- to taste salt
- to taste extra virgin olive oil
How to Make Baked Pumpkin and Mushrooms
Let’s start preparing the baked pumpkin and mushrooms. Clean the pumpkin, cut it into pieces, remove the internal seeds and the skin with a peeler or a knife, then cut it into small pieces. Also, clean the mushrooms, remove the final part of the stem and wash them quickly under running water, then cut them into pieces.
Pour a drizzle of oil into the baking dish and add the pumpkin and mushrooms. Chop the parsley and garlic, put the chopped parsley and garlic into a bowl, add a pinch of salt, breadcrumbs and mix well.
