  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

How to prepare Baked Sweet Ravioli

  • Start preparing the sweet ravioli, place the butter in pieces in a bowl and leave it at room temperature for about ten minutes to soften, then work it with a fork to make it soft. Then add the ricotta and work until you get a homogeneous mixture.

  • Now add the flour, salt, and baking powder; mix everything first with a fork and then with your hands.

  • Transfer the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll it out with a rolling pin. Let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Then take the dough again, dust it with a little flour on both sides so it is not too sticky, and cut out the ravioli. You can use the mold or close them by hand with a fork, and if you want, you can make them rectangular as well.

  • After cutting the ravioli, fill them with Nutella and close them. Place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake them for 20 minutes. Once cooked, remove them from the oven, let them cool, dust them with powdered sugar, and serve.
