- 2 round zucchinis
- 3.5 oz cooked ham
- 3.5 oz stretched curd cheese (provola, scamorza, cheese for pizza)
- 2 eggs
- to taste flour
- to taste breadcrumbs
- to taste salt
- to taste extra virgin olive oil
How to prepare the zucchini cordon bleu
Let’s start preparing the zucchini cordon bleu. Wash the zucchinis, trim them, and cut them into slices that are not too thin and in an even number, as they will be paired later.
Now take a slice of zucchini and place a slice of cooked ham in the center.
And some stretched curd cheese.
Cover with the second slice of round zucchini and proceed this way with the remaining slices of zucchini.
