How to prepare the bread baskets with salmon
Let’s start preparing the bread baskets with salmon, take the slices of bread and flatten them with a rolling pin,
then cut them diagonally to obtain 2 triangles,
take each triangle and bring the two points of the oblique side together, press them so they stick and secure with a toothpick, if you have difficulty slightly wet the tip of the bread so it sticks better. Arrange the baskets on a baking sheet and toast them in a hot ventilated oven at 356°F for 5 minutes, once toasted, remove them from the oven and let them cool completely without touching them.
Take some slices of avocado and dice them,
then put them in a bowl and season with salt and oil,
in another bowl, place the spreadable cheese, add finely chopped chives and mix.
When the bread is cold, take the baskets, remove the toothpick, fill each basket with the spreadable cheese,
avocado cubes,
and a piece of smoked salmon,
Then finish with chives or alternatively you can add sesame seeds.
Serve the salmon baskets freshly prepared or alternatively keep them in the refrigerator in a bowl or covered with plastic wrap.
How to store bread baskets with salmon
