- 5 tablespoons sugar
- 375 g cherry yogurt (3 jars of 125g each)
- 250 g mascarpone
- to taste pavesini

How to prepare the cake with candied sour cherries and yogurt
Let’s start by preparing the cake with candied sour cherries and yogurt. Pour the mascarpone into the bowl,
add the sugar
and work with a fork to soften the mascarpone and obtain a cream.
Add the cherry yogurt
and beat with an electric whisk until you get a smooth, well-whipped cream.
Place the pavesini in the tray,
pour 3 tablespoons of sour cherry syrup and 3 tablespoons of water into a bowl, mix, and
use the mixture to moisten the pavesini, using a brush.
Pour half of the mascarpone and yogurt cream
and level it out.
Add a few tablespoons of sour cherry syrup
and swirl the cream using the tines of a fork.
Place another layer of pavesini,
moisten them with the mixture
and pour the remaining cream.
Spread the cream over the pavesini,
add some sour cherry syrup
and some candied sour cherries.
Cover the dish with plastic wrap and let the cake with candied sour cherries and yogurt rest in the refrigerator for 6 hours before serving.
