How to Prepare Caramelized Tropea Onion
The Caramelized Tropea Onion, clean the onions by removing the outer part and the ends, wash them and slice thinly with a mandolin or knife. If you have fresh, high-quality onions and you like it, you can also add the green part of the stem.
Place the onions in a saucepan and add the sugar and water, mix well to blend properly.
