How to prepare Chicken and potatoes in air fryer
Let’s start preparing chicken and potatoes in air fryer, place the chicken thighs in a bowl, add some extra virgin oil, the wine, the lemon juice, the seasoning, the paprika
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid and store in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours. Every now and then, take the chicken thighs out of the fridge and stir them so they absorb the marinade well.
Place the thighs in the air fryer basket, brush them with the marinade juice and cook for 10 minutes at 392°F (200°C), take out the air fryer basket, turn the chicken legs, and brush the thighs again. Continue cooking for another 10 minutes at 392°F (200°C).
Meanwhile, peel the potatoes, cut them into small cubes, and place them on a plate. Add some extra virgin oil, salt, and pepper, mix well, and then place them in the air fryer along with the chicken thighs. Continue cooking for another 20 minutes at 356°F (180°C)
Once cooked, serve the chicken and potatoes in air fryer hot
