Ingredients for preparing Chicken Breast with Onion

  • 1.32 lbs chicken breast
  • to taste cornstarch (or flour)
  • 1 onion
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 3.38 oz broth
  • to taste parsley
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper
  • to taste extra virgin olive oil

Steps

  • Let’s start preparing the Chicken breast with onion; thinly slice the onion using the mandoline,

  • then put it in a pan, add some extra virgin olive oil and a few tablespoons of water, place on the stove and cook for 15 minutes on medium heat, stirring occasionally.

  • Meanwhile, cut the chicken breast into strips

  • and coat it in cornstarch or flour.
