- 1.32 lbs chicken breast
- to taste cornstarch (or flour)
- 1 onion
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 3.38 oz broth
- to taste parsley
- to taste salt
- to taste pepper
- to taste extra virgin olive oil

Steps
Let’s start preparing the Chicken breast with onion; thinly slice the onion using the mandoline,
then put it in a pan, add some extra virgin olive oil and a few tablespoons of water, place on the stove and cook for 15 minutes on medium heat, stirring occasionally.
Meanwhile, cut the chicken breast into strips
and coat it in cornstarch or flour.
When the onion is soft, add a teaspoon of brown sugar and mix well,
add the chicken strips,
season with salt and pepper and sear well, stirring occasionally.
