How to prepare chicken cutlets in an air fryer

  • Let’s start preparing the chicken cutlets in the air fryer. Beat the eggs in a dish with a fork, then place the panko or breadcrumbs in another dish.

  • Dip the chicken slices in the egg, then in the bread, again in the beaten egg, and finally again in the panko; thanks to this double breading, they will be crispy outside and tender inside.

  • Place the tray in the air fryer’s basket and add the cutlets. Add a few spritzes of extra virgin olive oil and cook them for 15 minutes, flipping them halfway through and spritzing some more oil.

  • When the cutlets are cooked, remove them from the tray, adjust the salt, and serve them hot, maybe with some sauces.
