  • 1 chicken breast
  • 1 lb 2 oz potatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1 2/3 cups tomato purée (passata)
  • 2 cups vegetable broth

How to make Chicken Stew with Potatoes

  • Let’s start preparing the chicken stew with potatoes. Remove any excess fat and any small bones from the chicken breast, then cut it into bite-sized pieces.
