How to Prepare Chocolate Christmas Trees
Let’s start preparing the Chocolate Christmas Trees. Chop the chocolate into small pieces, place it in a bowl, and melt it in a bain-marie. Stir well to ensure the chocolate is smooth and fluid.
Pour the chocolate into the pastry syringe or piping bag with a fine nozzle.
Place a sheet of parchment paper on the work surface, arrange the biscuit sticks, and starting from the top, begin to make the trees.
While the chocolate is still soft, add colored sprinkles and sugar strands or silver balls. You can decorate them as you like, even using Christmas sugar decorations.
Sprinkle with some colored sugar strands to add more color to the trees.
Proceed in this way with the white chocolate and milk chocolate if you prefer.
Always decorate the trees, preferably placing a ball on the tip of each tree. Let the chocolate solidify at room temperature, or even better, place it in the refrigerator to speed up the process, and it will become solid in a few minutes.
Once the chocolate is solidified, gently detach the trees from the parchment paper and place them on a tray or inside bags if you want to gift them.
How to Store Chocolate Christmas Trees
Chocolate Christmas Trees can be stored at room temperature for 5-6 days or in the refrigerator.
