Let’s start preparing the chocolate salami with puffed rice, cut the dark chocolate into small pieces,
put it in a bowl,
add the sunflower seed oil,
and the milk,
Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or to speed up, you can put it in the microwave at 750W for 2 minutes. Then take the bowl out of the microwave and mix well with a fork until the chocolate is completely melted.
Then let it rest for about ten minutes at room temperature to cool the chocolate. Add the puffed rice in two batches to incorporate it well.
