How to make chocolate salami without eggs and butter
Let’s start preparing Chocolate salami without eggs and butter by chopping the dark chocolate into pieces,
pour it into a bowl along with the plant-based drink or milk, melt it in the microwave or double boiler,
coarsely break the dry biscuits.
Take the chocolate out of the microwave and mix well,
when the chocolate has melted beautifully and is creamy, add the sunflower oil, mix and let it incorporate into the chocolate.
Add the crushed biscuits, a few at a time, letting them incorporate, add the next dose when you see the biscuits are incorporated into the chocolate.
Place a sheet of parchment paper on the work surface and pour the mixture of biscuits and chocolate,
shape it into a salami and compact it well,
close it well like a candy and place it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Take out the Chocolate salami without eggs and butter and dust with some powdered sugar to simulate the outer look of a real salami, or alternatively, you can use coconut or colored sprinkles.
