- 10 oz Pasta
- 2 Eggs
- 5.6 oz Tuna in oil
- A few leaves Basil
- as needed Extra virgin olive oil
- as needed Salt

How to prepare Cold Pasta with Tuna and Eggs
Start preparing the Cold Pasta with Eggs and Tuna by placing the eggs in a pot with water and cooking them for 7 minutes from the moment the water starts to boil. Then remove them from the heat and cool them under very cold running water, this step will make them easy to peel.
Pour water into a pot, when it boils, salt it and add the pasta, cook it according to the time indicated on the package but al dente.
Peel the eggs and slice them.
When the pasta is cooked, drain it and cool it under running water or as you prefer, then place it in the bowl.
Season with extra virgin olive oil,
add finely chopped chives.
