How to prepare Cold Pasta with Zucchini and Tuna
Let’s start preparing the Cold Pasta with Zucchini and Tuna, pour some water into a pot and bring it to a boil. When it starts boiling, add the salt,
and the pasta, cook it according to the time indicated on the package and ensure it’s al dente.
Meanwhile, wash the zucchini and trim them,
grate them with a large-holed grater,
then squeeze them to remove the naturally contained water.
As you squeeze the grated zucchini, pour them into a bowl, add the tuna from which you have removed the excess oil and mix it with the zucchini,
add a pinch of salt,
and some pepper.
I also added some finely chopped chives, if you don’t have them or don’t like them, you can also skip them, you will still have a great and tasty cold pasta.
When the pasta is cooked, drain it, mix it with the zucchini and tuna
and finish with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
Mix very well to combine the dressing with the pasta. Cover the bowl with a lid or plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator for a few hours before serving.
When the Cold Pasta with Zucchini and Tuna has cooled, take it out of the fridge, mix it, and serve it.
