How to make Couscous with chicken and vegetables
Let’s start by preparing the couscous with chicken and vegetables, wash the vegetables, trim the zucchini, cut the cherry tomatoes in half, and slice the onion, add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, and a pinch of salt
Cut the chicken breast into strips if using slices, or into pieces if using a whole chicken breast.
Add the chicken breast along with the vegetables and cook in a pan, in the oven, or in an air fryer.
In the air fryer at 375°F for 12 minutes, in the oven at 350°F for 20 minutes, and on the stovetop for about 15/20 minutes.
Cook the couscous, pour water into a saucepan, add a pinch of salt and bring to a boil, once the water boils, pour in the couscous and turn off the heat, let it rest according to the package instructions, then fluff it with a fork.
Pour the vegetables with chicken and couscous into a bowl, mix the ingredients well, add a drizzle of oil, and serve hot or at room temperature.
