Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsps triple tomato paste
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- to taste oregano
- 1 tsp salt
How to prepare Crispy Flatbread Pizza Flavor
Let’s start preparing the Crispy Flatbread Pizza Flavor, pour the flour and extra virgin olive oil into a bowl,
add the triple tomato paste
and dissolve it by adding the water little by little,
mix it with a fork along with the water so that it dissolves,
add a pinch of oregano
and mix with a fork
and then knead with your hands until you get a compact and homogeneous dough.
Transfer it to the work surface and add the salt, knead well until it looks smooth,
cover it with the bowl or a cloth and let it rest for 10 minutes.
After resting, divide it in half and then each half into 4 parts,
roll out each part with a rolling pin to get very thin strips, if you want you can divide each strip into two parts, the thinner they are the crispier they will be, if you leave them thick they may become chewy.
Arrange the flatbreads on the baking sheet without overlapping them, it will take two batches, 4 can fit on each tray, add some oil and then brush it,
sprinkle with oregano and cook in a preheated static oven at 392°F for 15 minutes, they should be golden.
When the Flatbreads are ready, take them out of the oven and let them cool before serving, you’ll see that cooling makes them even crispier.
