Crispy Paprika Potatoes, crispy potatoes are an alternative to the classic baked potatoes, they remain soft inside and crunchy outside, and paprika makes them even more flavorful. Some time ago I tried the classic crispy potatoes, but since we love the strong taste of paprika, I wanted to try them and we really liked them. The crispy potatoes are fantastic, the crunchy paprika coating that forms on the potatoes makes them delicious, much more than just sprinkling paprika on the potatoes. Now when I make baked potatoes to accompany my dishes, I only use the crispy potatoes recipe because they remain soft and very flavorful. If you want to speed up the preparation of the potatoes, I recommend boiling the potatoes for 10 minutes and then proceeding as described below, so that the oven cooking is reduced. If you have an air fryer, you can also try the version CRISPY POTATOES IN AIR FRYER, add the paprika, and you will have a tasty version of crispy paprika potatoes in the air fryer. Now let’s see how to make crispy paprika potatoes, and if you try them, let me know. Barbara
