How to make Crispy Zucchini in Air Fryer
Let’s start preparing the Crispy Zucchini in Air Fryer, wash the zucchinis, trim them, and cut them into sticks,
then pour them into a bowl, add some pepper,
some salt,
and some oil, mix well so that the zucchini sticks are well seasoned.
Add the breadcrumbs and coat them well onto the zucchini,
Place a sheet of perforated parchment paper on the bottom of your air fryer basket and lay out the zucchini, distributing them evenly. Cook at 392°F (200°C) for 10 minutes; halfway through cooking, open the basket and stir the zucchini to brown them well.
