How to Make Crunchy Chickpeas in Air Fryer
Let’s start preparing the crunchy chickpeas in the air fryer. Drain the chickpeas from the canning liquid and rinse them well under running water. Pat them dry, then place them in a bowl. Add the paprika, extra virgin olive oil, and salt, and mix well. Then add the cornstarch and mix further so that all the seasoning sticks well to the chickpeas.
Pour them into a tray suitable for air fryer cooking or use an air fryer paper tray. Cook them at 392°F for 20 minutes. Halfway through the cooking, remove the air fryer basket and stir to ensure the chickpeas cook evenly.
Once cooked, remove the tray and salt them. Serve the crunchy chickpeas warm or cold.
