How to prepare Curry chicken bites with apples
Let’s start preparing the Curry chicken bites with apples, clean the onion and chop it finely, also prepare the vegetable broth. Cut the chicken breast into pieces, removing any fat and bones.
Pour the extra virgin olive oil into a pan and add the previously chopped onion, letting it sauté slightly. In the meantime, peel the apple, remove the core, and cut it into pieces, then pour it into the pan along with the onion.
Pour some cornstarch onto a plate and pass the chicken bites through it. After coating them all, place them in the pan with the apples. Pour some broth into a small bowl, dissolve the curry, and add it to the chicken.
Add a ladle of broth and let it cook, stirring often. If you see the sauce thickening, add more broth. Make sure the chicken is cooked on all sides and inside, never eat raw chicken.
When cooking is complete, adjust the salt and pepper and serve the curry chicken with apples hot, perhaps accompanied by basmati rice.
