How to prepare Dried Fruit with Chocolate
Let’s start preparing the Dried Fruit with Chocolate, pour the dark chocolate into a bowl and melt it in the microwave or bain-marie.
Once melted, mix well to obtain smooth chocolate.
Add the mixed dried fruit or your preferred choice,
and mix well to combine it evenly with the melted chocolate.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper and, using a tablespoon and a teaspoon, make small mounds that you will arrange on the tray. Use the spoon to scoop the chocolate-coated dried fruit
and, with the help of the teaspoon, remove it from the spoon and place it on the tray.
When you have made all the chocolate-dipped dried fruit mounds, sprinkle with pistachio crumbs.
Let it rest in a cold place or in the refrigerator so that the chocolate cools down.
When the chocolate is solid again, the dried fruit with chocolate is ready to be consumed.
