How to prepare Gnocchi with salmon and zucchini
Let’s start preparing Gnocchi with salmon and zucchini. Wash the zucchini, trim it, and grate it using a large hole grater.
Cut the salmon into pieces. Put a pot of water on the stove to cook the gnocchi and salt it.
Place a clove of garlic in a pan, add some extra virgin oil, and let it infuse for a few minutes until the pan becomes hot.
Add the zucchini
