- 3 oz speck (single slice)
- 3/4 cup cooking cream
- 2 tbsps butter

How to prepare Gnocchi with speck and cream
Let’s start preparing gnocchi with speck and cream, cook the gnocchi and place them in a bowl with a drizzle of oil to prevent them from sticking together. Cut the speck slice into pieces and set aside.
Pour a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and the butter into a pan, when the butter is melted, add the speck cubes and sauté for a few minutes.
Once the speck is sautéed, add the gnocchi to the pan, mix, and pour in the cream, stir to combine everything, and if necessary, you can add a few tablespoons of gnocchi cooking water.
Sprinkle with chives and serve the gnocchi with speck and cream immediately.
