- 18 oz potato gnocchi
- 3.5 oz stracchino
- 3.5 oz diced speck
- 1.8 oz onion
- 14 oz mushrooms
- 1 clove garlic
- to taste parsley

How to prepare Gnocchi with stracchino mushrooms and speck
Let’s start preparing Gnocchi with stracchino mushrooms and speck. Clean the mushrooms, remove the end of the stem, rinse them quickly under running water, and then cut them into pieces.
Put them in a pot, add some extra virgin olive oil,
a clove of garlic
and some parsley, cook for 15 minutes and adjust the salt at the end of cooking.
Cut the speck slice into cubes
and finely chop the onion.
Bring salted water to a boil and add the gnocchi,
when they float to the top, they are cooked. Remove them and set them aside on a plate.
Pour some extra virgin olive oil into a pan,
add the onion and sauté for a few minutes,
then add the speck.
