Greek yogurt ice cream, a delicious homemade popsicle; I added strawberries, but you can alternatively add other types of fruit or chocolate chips. With this amount, you make 4 popsicles (I used this popsicle mold). Yogurt ice cream is fresh and perfect for a healthy summer snack. It’s a smart ice cream without an ice cream maker. If you love Greek yogurt, you must try FROZEN GREEK YOGURT too. Now let’s see how to make Greek yogurt ice cream, and if you try it, let me know. Barbara

Ingredients
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp honey
- 2 tbsps condensed milk (lactose-free)
- 3 strawberries
Tools
- Silicone molds for ice pops
Steps
Let’s start making the Greek yogurt ice cream; pour the Greek yogurt into the bowl,
add a teaspoon of honey,
the condensed milk. I used the lactose-free kind, which has a more caramelized taste and color.
Mix well to obtain a uniform mixture; the condensed milk should be well blended.
Wash the strawberries, remove the leafy part, and cut them into small pieces,
add to the yogurt and mix.
Insert the wooden stick into the popsicle mold, pour the mixture into the molds using a teaspoon,
level with a spatula or the blade of a knife.
Place the Greek yogurt ice cream in the freezer for at least 6 hours or until it hardens.
When the ice creams are ready, remove them from the mold and serve, or place them back in the freezer in a well-sealed container or a bag.
How to store Greek yogurt ice cream
You can store them in the freezer for up to 2 months. Once ready, remove them from the mold and place them in a well-sealed container or a bag; if you prefer, you can individually wrap them in parchment paper or special bags.
