How to prepare Green Beans with Tomato
Let’s start preparing the green beans with tomato. Clean the green beans, trim the ends, and wash them well under running water. Once you’ve cleaned the green beans, boil them; you can do this in a pressure cooker or a traditional pot. They should be firm and only need a few minutes.
Pour the tomato puree into a pot, add a drizzle of olive oil and the basil leaves, tearing them by hand. Cook for about 10 minutes, then add the previously boiled green beans, mix, and cook for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
At the end of cooking, adjust the salt and serve the green beans with tomato hot or at room temperature
