Steps
Let’s start preparing the grilled mortadella. If you’re using small mortadella, cut slices half a centimeter thick (about 1/5 inch). If you had a large slice cut from the deli counter at the supermarket, you’ll cut it into wedges after cooking.
Heat the grill or grill pan. When it’s hot, place the mortadella slices on it and cook for 2/3 minutes on each side, turning them once well-defined grill marks have formed.
When the mortadella is ready, serve it with some salad and dress with balsamic vinegar glaze.
