How to prepare grilled tuna
Let’s start preparing grilled tuna, heat the grill pan or skillet very well, and when it’s hot, place the tuna fillet on it.
Cook the fillet for 5 minutes on each side. The cooking time varies with the thickness of the fillet, but don’t overcook it; otherwise, it will be dry and tough. Turn the tuna steak with a spatula without piercing it so that it retains its juices and stays tender.
When the grilled tuna fillet is ready, place it on a plate, season it with salt, pepper, and extra virgin olive oil, add some lemon slices, and serve it hot.
How to store grilled tuna
