How to make hake in air fryer
Let’s start preparing the hake in the air fryer, wash the lemon, squeeze half of it and slice the other half thinly.
Place a tray in the air fryer basket and arrange the hake fillets. Add the lemon juice and the lemon slices on top of the fillets, a pinch of salt and some pepper, and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
Cook at 375°F for 15 minutes, the cooking time may vary depending on the type of air fryer you use.
Once cooked, remove the tray from the air fryer basket and serve the hake hot.
