HAM AND PHILADELPHIA ROLL-UPS

Ham and Philadelphia roll-ups are an appetizer to be served cold or at room temperature, and you can even prepare them in advance. They are very easy to make and I recommend trying the baked version like the HAM AND POTATO ROLL-UPS in the oven or air fryer. These ham and Philadelphia rolls are perfect also served at a buffet or to accompany an aperitif. You can serve them in individual plates accompanied by a wooden fork or a skewer. Here are the links of the products I use when organizing a buffet: Square cups, Wooden forks, Cups, Boats, Appetizer bowls, Bamboo skewers, Bite-size spoons, Dessert cups, Small spoons, Frying cones, Transparent bowls. • Take a slice of ham and place it on a cutting board, add part of the filling to the edge to form a small roll, roll the ham slice to form the roll-up, and then cut it first in half and each half into two parts to get 4 bite-sized pieces.
