Ham and Philadelphia roll-ups are an appetizer to be served cold or at room temperature, and you can even prepare them in advance. They are very easy to make and I recommend trying the baked version like the HAM AND POTATO ROLL-UPS in the oven or air fryer. These ham and Philadelphia rolls are perfect also served at a buffet or to accompany an aperitif. You can serve them in individual plates accompanied by a wooden fork or a skewer. Here are the links of the products I use when organizing a buffet: Square cups, Wooden forks, Cups, Boats, Appetizer bowls, Bamboo skewers, Bite-size spoons, Dessert cups, Small spoons, Frying cones, Transparent bowls. How to prepare Ham and Philadelphia Roll-Ups
Let’s start preparing Ham and Philadelphia Roll-Ups by boiling the potatoes or steaming them. Once cooked, place them on a plate and mash them with a fork.
Add the cream cheese, a pinch of salt, a pinch of pepper, chopped parsley, and mix well to combine everything.
Take a slice of ham and place it on a cutting board, add part of the filling to the edge to form a small roll, roll the ham slice to form the roll-up, and then cut it first in half and each half into two parts to get 4 bite-sized pieces.
Place the roll-ups in a container or a covered dish and store in the refrigerator for a few hours before serving. Arrange them on the serving dish and serve.

Variations
In the filling, you can use chives instead of parsley, and to make the appetizer even tastier, you can use Prague ham instead of traditional ham for a smoked flavor.
