How to prepare homemade cordon bleu
Let’s start preparing the Homemade cordon bleu. Break the eggs and put them in a deep dish, beat them with a fork, in another plate pour the breadcrumbs.
Take the meat slices and place ham and cheese on half, fold and seal the edges. Then pass the cordon bleu in the beaten egg, then in the breadcrumbs, and again in the beaten egg and breadcrumbs. If you cook them in an air fryer or oven, spray them with oil.
Now you can cook the cordon bleu in a fan oven at 356°F for 20 minutes, turning them halfway through the cooking.
You can cook the cordon bleu in hot oil or in an air fryer at 392°F for 10 minutes, turning the cordon bleu halfway through the cooking.
