How to make Ladyfinger and Berry Delights
Let’s start preparing the Ladyfinger and Berry Delights, whip the heavy cream with the electric whisk,
then pour it into a piping bag.
Take a ladyfinger and add some whipped cream on the flat side,
close with a second ladyfinger,
then dip in milk
and shredded coconut.
Arrange the ladyfingers on a tray or a plate with the junction facing up, add more whipped cream on top
and add the berries
and a few mint leaves for decoration.
Let them rest in the refrigerator for a few hours and then serve them cold.
