How to Make Ladyfingers with Coffee Cream
Start preparing the ladyfingers with coffee cream by whipping the cream with an electric whisk and set it aside.
Pour mascarpone into a bowl, work for a few seconds, and add a small cup of cold coffee
and whisk with an electric whisk; you will see it become fluffy and creamy
Then add the powdered sugar and incorporate it with the electric whisk.
Add the whipped cream to the mascarpone and coffee cream
and incorporate it using a fork or a spatula with movements from top to bottom to keep the cream from deflating.
Transfer the cream into a piping bag, take a ladyfinger, and add the coffee cream
close with a second ladyfinger
and dip them in coffee.
Arrange the ladyfingers on a tray or plate with the seam facing up, add more coffee cream on top
and sprinkle with unsweetened cocoa.
Let them rest for a few hours in the refrigerator before serving.
