- 3 cups coffee (cold)
- 3.5 oz whipping cream
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar
- 3.5 oz mascarpone
- to taste unsweetened cocoa powder

How to Prepare Ladyfingers with Coffee Cream
Let’s start preparing the ladyfingers with coffee cream, whip the cream with the electric whisk and set it aside.
Pour the mascarpone into a bowl, work it for a few seconds and add a cup of cold coffee
and whip with the electric whisk until it becomes thick and creamy
Then add the powdered sugar and incorporate it using the electric whisk.
Add the whipped cream to the mascarpone and coffee cream
and fold it in gently with a fork or spatula, using upward motions to avoid deflating the cream.
Transfer the cream into a piping bag, take one ladyfinger, and add the coffee cream
close with a second ladyfinger
and dip them in the coffee.
Place the ladyfingers on a tray or plate with the seam facing up, add more coffee cream on top
and sprinkle with the unsweetened cocoa powder.
Let them rest a few hours in the refrigerator before serving.
