Lasagna bundles with ragù are single-serving lasagnas, perfect for serving at a lunch or a standing dinner, such as during an aperitif or a party with a buffet. The stuffed lasagna bundles are easy to make, you just need to use fresh pasta from the supermarket and soak it in hot water for a few seconds to soften it. This step ensures that the fresh pasta won’t break when you place it in the muffin tin to create the lasagna baskets, which you’ll then fill. You can also fill the fresh pasta bundles in other ways, not just with ragù as I did, to satisfy all your guests’ tastes. You can prepare the oven lasagna baskets in advance, choosing whether to cook them first and then reheat them when serving, or you can prepare and store them in the refrigerator to cook just before serving. If you like lasagna with ragù, also try the ragù lasagna rolls that are tasty and easy to make. Now let’s see how to make the lasagna bundles with ragù, and if you try them, let me know. Barbara
