LUGANEGA IN AIR FRYER

Luganega in air fryer is a meat main dish that can be prepared quickly. Luganega is a long, thin pork sausage typical of northern Italy. It should be cooked for risottos, grilled, baked, or pan-fried, or in this case, in the air fryer. Thanks to the air fryer cooking method, it doesn’t create odors or smoke in the house, unlike cooking it in a pan or on the grill. Here in Veneto, it is cooked after being coiled into a spiral and secured with skewer toothpicks crossed to hold it in place. Once you have cooked the luganega, you can serve it with raw vegetables or even with grilled vegetables or roasted potatoes. The cooking time of luganega in the air fryer may vary depending on the type of air fryer you use. This is the AIR FRYER I use. As you know, pork should always be thoroughly cooked, so please do not rush. I recommend checking out 50 RECIPES FOR THE AIR FRYER and all air fryer recipes.
