How to prepare meatballs in tomato sauce
Start by preparing the meatballs in tomato sauce. Place the ground beef in a bowl, add the egg,
add a mashed boiled potato and mix it into the meat.
Add a pinch of salt
and pepper,
chopped parsley
and the breadcrumbs, mix everything well first with a fork
and then with your hands to get a homogeneous mixture.
Take part of the mixture and then form the meatballs about the size of an apricot,
then roll them in flour.
Pour some extra virgin olive oil in a pan
and a sprig of rosemary,
when the oil is hot, add the meatballs and brown them well on both sides.
When the meatballs are well browned, finish with the white wine and let it evaporate,
then remove the sprig of rosemary and add the tomato pulp.
