Meatballs with Meat and Zucchini are delicious, soft, and tasty. I cooked them in a pan with a little oil, but alternatively, you can cook them in an air fryer or in the oven. The meatballs with zucchini in the mixture are a main course that will also be very popular with children, and thanks to the boiled potato in the mixture, they are very soft. Now let’s see how to make meatballs with meat and zucchini, and if you try them, let me know. Barbara

How to prepare Meatballs with Meat and Zucchini
Let’s start by preparing the Meatballs with Meat and Zucchini. Boil the potato, wash the zucchini, trim it, grate it with a coarse grater, and squeeze it to remove the naturally contained water.
Place the ground beef in a bowl, add an egg, chopped parsley, mashed boiled potato, grated and squeezed zucchini, salt, and breadcrumbs. Mix it all well until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Take a portion of the mixture, form slightly flattened meatballs, and roll them in breadcrumbs. Pour about an inch of oil into a pan, heat it, place the meatballs in, and let them brown well, turning them often for an even cooking.
When they are golden brown, remove them from the oil and let them rest on absorbent paper to remove excess oil.
Serve the meatballs hot
