- 1 egg
- 1 boiled potato
- to taste parsley
- to taste salt
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs

How to prepare Meatloaf in air fryer
Let’s start preparing the meatloaf in air fryer, put the ground meat in a bowl, add the egg, some chopped parsley, a pinch of salt, if desired, you can add a tablespoon of grated cheese, and a mashed boiled potato, mix well and finally add the breadcrumbs.
Place the meat on a sheet of parchment paper and using the parchment paper itself, form the meatloaf by pressing it well.
Place the meatloaf in a pan that fits in your air fryer’s basket, leaving its parchment paper underneath, then remove any that hangs over the edge.
Sprinkle the meatloaf with breadcrumbs and spray some oil with the sprayer.
