- 2 eggs
- 3.5 oz sugar
- 0.42 cup milk
- 4 tablespoons Nutella®
- 7 oz all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- as needed powdered sugar

How to prepare Nutella Cake in Air Fryer
Let’s start preparing the Nutella cake cooked in the air fryer, heat the milk in a saucepan or in the microwave as you prefer. Pour the Nutella into a bowl and gradually add the hot milk so that it melts.
Pour the eggs into a bowl, add the sugar and whisk to have a light and fluffy mixture. When the eggs are whipped, add the Nutella milk and incorporate it using the electric whisk.
Sift the baking powder and flour and incorporate into the remaining ingredients. Butter and flour the pan and pour the mixture.
Place the pan in the basket of the air fryer, cook at 300°F for 50 minutes, then do the toothpick test to check the cooking, if necessary extend the cooking for a few more minutes.
Once the Nutella cake cooked in the air fryer is ready, remove the pan from the basket, let it cool, then remove the cake from the pan, and dust it with powdered sugar.
