How to prepare paprika potatoes in air fryer
Let’s start preparing the paprika potatoes in air fryer. Peel the potatoes, wash them, and cut into wedges or sticks if you prefer. Place them in a bowl with water and let them soak for a few minutes. You’ll see the water turn white and no longer clear, repeat the step several times until the water is clear. This way, the potatoes will release their starch and become crispier.
Drain them and pat dry with a towel, then place them in a tray that fits in your air fryer basket. Add a few sprays of extra virgin olive oil and paprika, mix well so the seasoning sticks to the potatoes, and add salt.
Cook at 356°F (180°C) for 20 minutes. At halfway, open the basket and mix the potatoes well to ensure even cooking.
Serve the paprika potatoes cooked in the air fryer hot, and if you like, you can accompany them with sauces.
