Piadina swirls are a delicious appetizer that is also great as a main dish. The cold piadina swirls are perfect to take to the beach during the summer, to serve at a buffet, to accompany a tasty aperitif, or even to take to work for a lunch break. The piadina rolls are filled with simple ingredients and do not need to be reheated before eating; you just need to warm the piadina in a pan for a few minutes before filling it. Besides these tuna and tomato piadina swirls, I recommend trying the PIADINA ROLL, easy and fresh. If you want, you can make the swirls with homemade piadina using my PIADINA WITHOUT LARD recipe. Now let’s see how to make piadina swirls, and if you try them, let me know. Barbara
