How to prepare pineapple with cinnamon

  • Let’s start preparing the pineapple with cinnamon, clean the pineapple, I suggest using a sharp knife, I use a ceramic one. First, remove the top part with the leaves and then the bottom part.

  • Place the pineapple upright on a cutting board and remove the outer part while keeping it vertical, this way you will see it is done easily, then cut into slices about a quarter of an inch thick.

  • Remove the harder internal part with a small round cutter, it is easy and quick, otherwise, if you don’t have one, remove it with a small knife. Or for a quick and easy cleaning use the appropriate pineapple cleaning tool.

  • Preheat the static oven to 350°F, arrange the slices on a baking tray, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon and put in the oven, bake for 10 minutes. Serve the cinnamon pineapple while still warm.
