How to make poached eggs
Pour some water into a small pot, add a pinch of salt and some vinegar, put on the stove and bring to a boil. You don’t need a large pot because one egg will be cooked at a time.
Break the egg into a bowl, when the water starts boiling lower the heat a little and quickly stir the water with a fork to form a whirlpool, pour the egg into the center of the whirlpool and cook for 3 minutes.
Using a slotted spoon, remove the egg and place it on a plate, being careful not to break it because the yolk is soft and liquid. Continue in this way with the other eggs.
