- 1 zucchini
- 2 potatoes

Let’s start preparing the puff pastry with zucchini and potatoes. Peel the potatoes, wash them, and slice them thinly with a mandoline,
clean the zucchini and grate it with a coarse grater,
squeeze it well to remove the naturally contained water.
Unroll the puff pastry and fold the edges to create a border of about 0.39 inches (1 cm).
Spread the spreadable cheese,
Add the grated zucchini,

the cooked ham
