Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 7 oz ricotta cheese
  • to taste extra virgin olive oil
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

How to prepare Ricotta Frittata

  • Let’s start preparing the Ricotta Frittata, pour the eggs into a bowl, beat with a fork, add a pinch of salt and the ricotta, and work everything to obtain a cream.

  • Pour the egg and ricotta mixture into a previously oiled pan or a paper pan and cook in a preheated static oven at 356℉ for 30 minutes.

  • When it is cooked, remove it from the oven, cut it into pieces, and serve it hot or at room temperature.

  • Place a paper tray in the air fryer basket, pour in the mixture and cook at 356℉ for 20 minutes, the cooking time may vary depending on the type of air fryer used, before serving check the cooking by slightly lifting the frittata and if the bottom is still raw cook it for a few more minutes.

  • When it is cooked, remove the tray from the air fryer basket, cut it into pieces, and serve it hot or at room temperature
